How does Aura 33 intimate balm work?

Does it eliminate unwanted odour or simply mask it with fragrance?

Aura 33 does more than cover unwanted odour with a strong fragrance. Its formula helps control odour on the skin, while the scented versions leave a light, pleasant fragrance. Natural, with no added perfume composition, is available for those who prefer an unscented option.

How long does the effect last?

The duration of the effect depends on your activity level, perspiration, temperature and individual skin characteristics. The balm is usually applied after showering at the beginning of the day, and the application can be repeated if needed. We do not promise the same number of hours for every person.

Does the balm stop perspiration?

No. Aura 33 is not an antiperspirant. It does not block sweat glands or stop the body’s natural perspiration. Its purpose is to help control unwanted odour and support the comfort of the external intimate skin.

What is the shelf life of the balm?

The unopened balm has a shelf life of 36 months. After opening, we recommend using it within 12 months. Keep it tightly closed and store it away from direct sunlight and sources of heat.

How often can I use Aura 33?

The balm is designed for regular daily care. Apply a thin layer to clean, dry external intimate skin, preferably after showering. One application is usually sufficient, but it can be repeated during the day if needed.

Is it safe to use the balm on intimate skin every day?

Yes. Aura 33 has undergone a cosmetic safety assessment in accordance with EU requirements and is intended for regular daily use by adults. During dermatological testing involving 20 women with sensitive skin, no adverse skin reactions were observed.

Apply the balm only to healthy, external intimate skin. Do not apply it to mucous membranes or inside the vagina. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Where exactly should I apply the balm, and how much should I use?

Apply a small amount in a thin layer to clean, dry external intimate skin in areas where you experience friction, dryness or unwanted odour. You do not need to use a large amount: the skin should feel comfortable without a heavy or greasy layer.

Do not apply the balm inside the vagina, to mucous membranes, broken skin or areas with active irritation.

What ingredients does the balm contain?

Aura 33 has a water-free formula based on botanical butters, plant oils and skin-conditioning ingredients. Shea and mango butters, sweet almond and castor oils, and plant-derived squalane soften the skin and help maintain everyday comfort. Triethyl citrate forms part of the odour-control system, while kaolin and corn starch contribute to the balm’s pleasant texture. Inulin, vitamin E, chamomile extract and vanilla extract complete the conditioning formula.

How long does one 20 ml balm last?

With one thin application a day, a 20 ml balm lasts approximately four to five months. The exact duration depends on how much you apply and how frequently you use it.

How do I choose an Aura 33 fragrance?

White Musk is clean, fresh and delicate, making it ideal for everyday use. Vanilla & Tonka is warm, soft and gently sweet. Black has a deeper and more distinctive evening fragrance. Natural contains no added perfume composition. Golden Aura is the most expressive and luxurious option for those who want a more indulgent scented ritual.

How noticeable is the fragrance on the skin?

The fragrance stays close to the skin rather than behaving like a strong perfume or leaving a noticeable trail. Its intensity depends on the version you choose: the daytime fragrances are softer, while the evening options are warmer and more expressive. Natural contains no added perfume composition.

How does Aura 33 ensure product quality and safety?

The Aura 33 formula has undergone a professional cosmetic safety assessment in accordance with EU requirements. The product has also undergone stability studies, microbiological testing and dermatological testing. Aura 33 balms are made in the Netherlands in accordance with applicable cosmetic manufacturing requirements.

Can I use Aura 33 during pregnancy?

The Aura 33 safety report does not include any pregnancy-specific restriction, but the product has not been specifically tested on pregnant women. If you prefer to avoid fragranced cosmetics, choose Natural with no added perfume composition. If you have increased sensitivity, allergies or any concerns, consult your healthcare professional before use.

What should I do if irritation occurs?

What should I do if the balm arrives damaged?

Email us at info@aura33.eu and include your order number, photographs of the packaging and photographs of the damaged product. If the damage occurred during delivery, we will offer a free replacement or a refund.

Can I apply the balm after shaving or waxing?

Yes, provided that the skin is not damaged. Apply a thin layer to clean, dry skin. If you have cuts, pronounced redness, burning or irritation after hair removal, wait until the skin has calmed before applying the balm.

Can Aura 33 be used as a lubricant?

No. Aura 33 is intended only for the care of external intimate skin. Do not apply it inside the vagina or use it as a lubricant, with condoms or with intimate toys, as the product has not been tested for compatibility with them.

Is there an unscented option for sensitive skin?

Yes. Natural, in the green packaging, contains no added perfume composition and is intended for those who prefer no noticeable fragrance or have sensitive skin. A very faint natural scent from the plant oils and other raw ingredients may still be present.

How should I store my Aura 33 balm?

Keep the balm tightly closed in a dry place, away from direct sunlight, heaters and high temperatures. Do not leave it in a hot car or in direct sunlight for extended periods.

Does the balm leave greasy marks on underwear?

When applied correctly in a thin layer, the balm gradually absorbs and should not leave the skin feeling greasy. Allow it a few minutes to absorb before getting dressed. Applying too much may leave a mark on light-coloured or delicate fabrics.

Can I return an unused balm?

Yes. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your unused product. Email info@aura33.eu before sending anything back so that we can provide the return instructions and address. Products with a confirmed manufacturing defect or an order fulfilment error are covered by separate free replacement or refund arrangements.
